What an incredible turn out and event! As I said, we were literally blown away.
First I’d like to say an incredible thank you to each and every person that pitched and supported #PitchYaGame. Not only were there over 1000 pitches made, we trended (again) at least 9th, which is huge in drawing attention towards the games pitched.
Have a look for yourself, you can either browse the top pitches or the pitch timeline.
Now comes the fun part, judging all the pitches to determine our winners of November 2021. There have been so many incredible pitches. We may have our work cut out for us.
We are estimating the official awards will take place in early December.
Along with the success of the day itself… we were also incredibly honored to be featured in GameSpot (thanks Kameron Koch) which also brought some incredible attention to some of the pitches that were featured!
…and also IGN Italia. Incredible.. thanks also to Stefano Castelli.
Summary: It was another incredible day for everyone involved, the team, the pitchers, the industry and most importantly independent video games. Still crazy to think just how far we have come since launch. Lots more to come from Season 3 onwards including more live sessions on Twitter Spaces (keep an eye out for future info)
The next email you receive will announce the official awards show, which we hope to send in the next week or so. Keep an eye out and thank you for your continued support!
Best
~ Liam, Thom and Danelle
